A contract has been signed for 4 Aselsan Long Range Early Warning Radars to be delivered in 2019 (God willing). Expected range is 700 km.

Source: Cabatli_53 (Waiting for more confirmation but he is reliable and is in the industry)

The Radar system will also be used for ballistic missile detection thus making it an important part of Turkey's indigenous long range air defense system program HISAR-U. HISAR-U program was given the green light after successes in HISAR-A and HISAR-O air defence system projects. Negotiations with the Chinese failed for technology transfer and a western option seems out of the question given the current political situation. HISAR-U program is full steam ahead.

Successful work was completed on the ÇAFRAD naval radar in 2015 when the preliminary design phase and critical design phases were completed. ÇAFRAD has a range of 400 km + so reaching 700KM range with Aselsans Long Range Early Warning Radar is realistic for me as it will be much bigger in size and thus energy.

Different locations that provide coverage of the whole country from all 4 four corners. This is part of the future radar layers that includes AWACS, and ÇAFRAD mounted on Air Defense Warfare Frigates. AWACS is in service.

I saw a similar map like the above for Aselsans long-range radar but was not able to locate it again :^(

I think there was an option for more but right now this an ok number. After the coup things will be slow, everything is being readjusted from zero including military academies, intelligence agencies and international relations. These AWACS are from the US but include Turkish systems. I think purchases from the US will be carefully looked at in the future.
