"WASHINGTON: The problem with secret weapons is that almost nobody knows about them — including people on your own side who might really need to use them. That’s the self-inflicted wound the Pentagon is struggling with as it tries to apply highly classified capabilities in cyber and electronic warfare to the notoriously tough challenge of missile defense."

Eeeek! Well that's not good. These shouldn't be hard to test, more difficult to build, but I've no doubt the US has such weapons. Seems the kill-chain's the problem here.

Seems the scale would be hard too. China and Russia have a lot of weapons, command and control systems, radar and satellites... each with their own network:

Just how quickly could the US, once it solves the kill-chain problems, act against such a large threat before the threat knows its systems are being tampered with?

Where's Sven when you need him:mad:?!?!?
