    Nice article on Turkey's Euphrates Shield Operation, it looks at the military-tactical aspect not political aspect of it.

    I think if Turkey had used better armor and had better trained FSA units then we could say that the operation was excellent, right now I would rate it as very good.

    Operation is succeful, as article indicated TR Tank training-doctrine especially in the border units was not prepared for ATGM environment. But we did not see tank loss's lately meaning that military must have adapted. Also now Turkey wants to upgrade its tanks. All issues plan to be solved in the future.

    I noticed in videos from euphrates shield that lately tanks are not staying static behind dirt walls anymore, they stay far behind and when needed they drive up to the walls and fire.
