I am not going to compare Tomahawk with Naval missile strike. I expecting your new generation is much better. So i was thinking more one the weakness side.
stealth capabilities, Hacks defence and EMP defence. Fighting against advancer nation these need to be consider. And by the way is there any chance where u can make small fast missile that can have EMP charge where it come close to 100 yards radius or maybe 50 yards radios. Where u can bring down any others incoming missiles?

Ha! 3M54 "Calibr" (SS-N-27 "Sizzler") and 3M55 "Onix" (SS-N-26 "Strobile") are much better.
