    It would be nice to see if Norwegian army have any statistics on this. Just to compare to nation. But again U.S Army have also more diversity when it comes to soldiers. But still good information.

    My first thinking is. To minimize the incidents and have more available combat ready soldiers. Maybe we need to look at Health Safety and Environment. And do more drilling on this. Officers need to go true courses that make them more aware for this. I am just saying i love the word discipline
